A human reads this inbox.

Email us with anything: a bug, a question, a valuation that looks wrong, a billing problem, or a request about your data.

We aim to reply within two business days. If you're writing about your account, send it from the email address the account uses so we can find you.

What to include

You'll get a faster answer if you tell us:

  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
  • Which device and OS version (for example, iPhone 15, iOS 26).
  • A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see.
  • Roughly when it happened, so we can find it in the logs.

Common questions

How do I delete my account and my data?

Open Account from your avatar in the app header, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account & data. It asks twice, then permanently removes your account, your household's items, photos, receipts, and history. A household you share with other people survives your departure - the data belongs to the household - but your membership and your account are gone. If you can't sign in, email us from your account address and we'll handle it. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

I subscribed and the app still says Free.

Open the upgrade sheet and tap Restore purchases. That re-reads your subscription from the store and refreshes your plan. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with the store account's email and we'll sort it out.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by the app store, not by us, so cancellation happens there: on iPhone or iPad, Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the current period ends. We can't cancel or refund on your behalf - the store handles both - but tell us if something went wrong and we'll help you get it in front of the right place.

Can I turn off the AI features?

Yes. OwnWorth asks before it ever sends anything to a third-party AI, and you can change that answer any time in Account. With AI off you can still add items by hand, scan barcodes, import a spreadsheet, and use every part of organizing, searching, and exporting your inventory. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what gets sent and to whom.

A valuation looks wrong.

Estimated values are AI-generated estimates, not certified appraisals. You can edit any value directly on the item and your edit sticks. If an estimate is wrong in a way that seems systematic rather than a one-off, tell us - that's the kind of report that improves the model prompt for everyone.

How do I get my data out?

The Toolkit tab holds the exports: CSV, print-ready PDF, labels, and the mover manifest. Exports are part of the Plus plan. Separately from that, your inventory is yours: if you want a copy of your data and you're not on a paid plan, email us and we will get it to you.

Reporting something

To report content, behavior, or an AI result that breaks our rules, email us or use the reporting option in the app. What is and isn't allowed is in the Acceptable Use Policy. If you've found a security vulnerability, please tell us privately first at security@ownworth.co.
